Whether you are a participant, family member, support coordinator, plan manager or another professional, you can get in touch with our team to discuss the support or accommodation you are looking for. We'll take the time to understand your goals, preferences, support requirements, living arrangements and what is important to you.

Find the Right Support for You

Once we understand your needs, we'll work with you to explore the services and accommodation options that may be the right fit. This may include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), community participation or our other support services. If you're looking for accommodation, we can also discuss available homes across our locations, including Woongarrah Waters, Toukley, Gorokan, Wyong, North Gosford, East Gosford, Woy Woy and Budgewoi, and arrange a property viewing where appropriate. We can also work with your support team and other professionals involved in your care to make sure the right information is considered.

You may be asked for information such as your NDIS plan details, support requirements, accommodation preferences and any relevant reports or assessments, but you don't need to have everything ready before making an enquiry.
