CCLO Living is proud to be a registered NDIS Provider, assisting individuals and families living with disability through our supported accommodation, community participation and support coordination services.

Supported Accomodation
Our Supported Accommodation Homes provide a safe and supported residence, for individuals living with a disability. Our homes are located in the northern end of the Central Coast at Woongarrah Waters, Toukley, Gorokan, Wyong, North Gosford and Budgewoi.

Whether it's understanding your NDIS Plan, helping you to choose & connect with new Providers or putting your plan into action, our team of experienced Coordinators of Support (COS) are here to help you engage supports & services that work for you.

NDIS & Me
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is designed to enhance the quality of life and increase choices and social participation for people with disabilities.
CCLO are registered providers of the NDIS and working together with participants and their loved ones will achieve a plan to reach their goals, objectives, aspirations and lifestyles. Now with the rollout of the NDIS on the Central Coast participants are able to apply for a plan tailored to their needs.
