CCLO’s Community Hub in Wyong provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants can connect with others, develop skills and take part in meaningful activities. Programs and support are designed around individual interests and goals, encouraging social participation, confidence and greater community connection. The Hub also provides a central space where participants, families and community partners can engage with CCLO and learn more about available services.
