Opened in 2023, the two Moss Avenue group homes provide modern, welcoming and accessible living environments that promote independence, safety and community connection. Both homes are single-storey, with one offering three bedrooms and the other offering four. Each includes shared kitchen, lounge and dining areas, a laundry and outdoor alfresco space. The homes feature modern appliances, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, television connection points and dimmable bedroom lighting. Participants are supported to pursue their individual goals, develop everyday living skills and remain connected with their community. Local shops, parks, Canton Beach and the Central Coast’s beautiful coastline are all within easy reach, with a dedicated support vehicle available onsite.
