KEVIN Johnston – chief executive officer

Prior to joining CCLO Kevin held Senior Management roles in a number of large financial institutions including Macquarie Bank Ltd/Westpac Financial Services Ord/ Minett as well as building a number of his own businesses.

At Macquarie Bank he was Associate Director and National Manager of Macquarie Strategic Financial Planning leading a staff of 124 nationally. He planned and set up this area from inception.

He has tertiary qualifications in Commerce & Marketing and brings to CCLO a wide and varied range of skills in Financial Management/Accounting/Human Resources and Strategic Planning.

LEE-ANNE HOLLIS – OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lee-anne has been employed since 2006 and oversees all operations throughout CCLO. She develops and maintains a service of quality that is a place of safety, security, comfort and confidentiality of staff and clients. Lee-anne has extensive knowledge throughout the disability sector and facilitates links with key government and non-government organisations and networks relevant to maximising outcomes for clients. Lee-anne works closely with the CEO and Board of Management to ensure quality of service delivery.

JAMES GOULD – CORPORATE & SOCIAL ENTERPRISE MANAGER

James brings a wealth of industry experience to the role of Corporate & Social Enterprise Manager. His areas of responsibility cover the development and management of Support Coordination, Community Access, Accredited training and Supported Independent Living.  Previously, he worked in disability employment and training, managing the development of several social enterprise programs for not for profits across NSW. James is passionate about advocating for the rights of people with disabilities in the Central Coast. 

TROY HOLLIS, KELLY HOLMES, JULIEANNE MATWIJOW, ANTONELLA PIERI, KIM HARRIS, MARK WILLIAMS, MARK GARLAND & KIM EVERETT
WAKOOL/LILY/CANTON/VICTORIA/MINNAMURRA/SCENIC AND COMMUNITY TEAM LEADERS

Troy, Julieanne, Antonella, Kelly, Kim, Mark and Mark started at CCLO as Support Workers and have worked their way to Team Leaders in our Canton, Lily, Victoria, Wakool and Minnamurra accommodation homes located at Woongarrah, Toukley and Gorokan.

 The Team Leaders are responsible to oversee the runnings of the homes and to ensure all residents have a place of safety, security and to enhance their life skills and independence.

 Kim is the Team Leader of the Community Team and coordinates Community outings for NDIS funded participants. Kim and her staff ensures that all participants engage in community/social or recreational activities within the community.

MICHAEL BOND & MARCIA WOOD – SUPPORT COORDINATION

Michael Bond and Marcia Wood, provide person centred planning and Co-ordination to empower our clients to fully realise their NDIS packages. Through a close working relationship with the NDIA and local disability providers, we support individuals to research, develop and maintain an effective multi-disciplinary care network.  Our team prides themselves on offering a friendly and professional service to help CCLO clients navigate the changing face of the NDIS and disability supports on the Central Coast. 

ROBYNNE DOUGLASS – NDIS SUPPORT MANAGER

Robynne currently works in NDIS support management for CCLO and liases with the NDIS bringing positive results for our clients.

She has had many years of face to face with our clients and brings to our head office team her practical experience and inside disability industry knowledge to enhance our Management team.

SHAY-LEE WILLIAMS – ADMINISTRATION

Shay-Lee brings to the organisation her years of Administration and customer service experience. She has a high level of commitment and passion for the disability industry and is a valued member of the Management team.

KAREN LEE – BUSINESS COORDINATOR

Karen is the Business Co-Ordinator for CCLO and has a high knowledge of the disability sector and liases with government bodies to promote our organisation and increase community awareness.   She works closely within our Management team.
